Abstract:	„Diacronia” este o revistă de lingvistică diacronică, bilingvă, online, gratuită și supusă procesului de peer-review. Alături de textele cu caracter preponderent teoretic, Redacția încurajează cu deosebire elaborarea de cercetări aplicate, publicînd (sub formă de articole sau studii, note și comentarii) contribuții care decurg din observații, experimente și analize cu privire la realitatea lingvistică sincronică și/sau diacronică. De asemenea, pe lîngă evidențierea importanței și necesității de a prezenta, sub aspect analitic, sinteze ale rezultatelor cercetării din domeniu (sub forma recenziilor), Redacția pledează cu vigoare pentru elaborarea de instrumente care oferă perspective ample asupra evoluțiilor în timp a diferitelor teme de cercetare și de gîndire (sub formă de recenzii tematice). Din cauze ce țin de natura scrierilor precum notele, recenziile de carte și recenziile tematice, „Diacronia” va publica aceste tipuri de texte imediat ce ele vor primi avizul referenților și traducerea din partea autorilor, urmînd ca – formal – ele să fie incluse în numărul următor al Revistei. “Diacronia” is an online, bilingual, open-access, peer-reviewed journal of diachronic linguistics. In addition to the submission of predominantly theoretical manuscripts, the Editorial Board specifically encourages the submission of applied research in the form of research and letter articles resulting from observations, experiments, and analyses concerning the synchronic and/or diachronic linguistic reality. Moreover, while stressing the importance and necessity of presenting, with an analytic approach, syntheses of recent works from the fields of interest of the Journal (as book reviews), the Editorial Board strongly advocates the creation of instruments that should offer ample perspectives on the diachronic evolution of various lines of research and thought, in the form of review articles. Due to the urgent nature of their content, letters, book reviews, and review articles will be published as soon as they are accepted by the referees and the translated version is submitted. They will then formally be part of the next scheduled issue of the Journal.
Description:	Revista „Diacronia” își propune să devină un spațiu al dezbaterii în domeniul științelor umaniste, cu deosebire în ariile lingvisticii diacronice (fonetică și dialectologie istorică, gramatică istorică, etimologie, onomasiologie, semasiologie), filologiei, sociolingvisticii, traductologiei, lingvisticii corpusurilor, paremiologiei și antropologiei. Prin trăsătura fundamentală de a urmări devenirea, cea care generează atributele vastitate, profunzime și exhaustivitate, perspectiva comparativ-istorică asupra dinamicii realităților lingvistice, sociale și mentalitare constituie modalitatea optimă de acces către procesele și esența acestor realități și a devenirii umane și sociale. De aceea, perspectivele și proiecțiile din domeniul științelor umaniste menționate se încearcă a fi consolidate prin invitarea la dezbatere a cercetătorilor care se plasează în domenii de graniță sau care își desfășoară activitățile mai degrabă în zone de interdisciplinaritate, fiind specialiști de marcă în domenii umaniste precum lingvistica, filologia și istoria, dar care valorifică în mod competent teorii, ipoteze și elemente de metodă aparținînd unor științe capabile de a furniza baze teoretico-metodologice (biologie, genetică, fizică). Alături de promovarea scrierilor aparținînd cercetătorilor consacrați și celor în formare, și pe lîngă facilitarea accesului tuturor la rezultatele celor mai recente cercetări în domeniile menționate, Revista își propune să participe la facilitarea comunicării din cadrul lumii academice umaniste. Stimulînd cercetarea din domeniile lingvisticii istorice și filologiei, „Diacronia” este o revistă on-line care are în vedere dezvoltarea unei concepții care să aibă în nucleul ei perspectiva evolutivă. Ca forum de dezbatere, Revista se preocupă cu aflarea, distribuirea și valorificarea cunoștințelor și proceselor din științele umaniste, de inovațiile metodologice și de instrumentar cu care acestea operează, precum și de studierea și modelarea implicațiilor de ordin social și mentalitar, pe care curentele din gîndirea contemporană le au asupra evoluției societății umane. Fiind atentă la evoluțiile din domeniile antropologiei, sociologiei, biblisticii, biologiei și fizicii, Revista „Diacronia” încearcă să acopere o varietate de teme privitoare la diferitele aspecte ale evoluției sociale și cognitive, care au implicații asupra lingvisticii sau prin care lingvistica poate contribui la cercetările și progresul cunoașterii din alte domenii. Din acest motiv, Revista publică lucrări teoretice și teoretico-aplicative – elaborate din perspectivă diacronică – din domeniile lingvisticii și filologiei, dar și din domeniile învecinate sau conexe acestora. Revista caută a găzdui contribuții valoroase, venite din partea tuturor categoriilor de cercetători, singura cerință fundamentală fiind aceea a existenței – ca filon central – a perspectivei diacronice. “Diacronia” aims at becoming an environment of debate in the field of Humanities, particularly in such areas as diachronic linguistics (historical phonetics and dialectology, historical grammar, etymology, onomasiology, semasiology), philology, sociolinguistics, translation studies, corpus linguistics and anthropology. Through the fundamental component aimed at the prospect of becoming, the historical-comparative perspective envisaging features like vastitude, depth and exhaustiveness focuses on the dynamics of linguistic, social and cognitive realities and acts as the optimal means of access towards their processual nature and essences by shedding light upon human and social evolution. Therefore, the Journal’s purpose is to consolidate the outlooks and projections from the above-mentioned areas by welcoming contributions from the bordering domains or from the realm of interdisciplinary activities developed by reputed specialists in linguistics, philology and history, with strong and competent interest in theories, hypotheses and methods of other scientific disciplines capable of providing a firm theoretical and methodological ground (biology, genetics, physics). The Journal also aims at facilitating the communication among the academics in humanities by promoting the works of both well-established and young researchers as well as by providing the access to the results of the latest research in the already mentioned areas of scientific inquiry. “Diacronia” is an on-line journal that seizes the scientific approach from an evolutionary perspective and favours the advancements in historical linguistics and philology. As a debate forum, the Journal is concerned with finding, distributing and capitalising on the knowledge and the procedures in humanities, with the methodologies that are instrumental to them along with the study and the framing of the social and anthropological outcomes that the modern trends of thought have on the evolvement of society. In tune with the research within anthropology, sociology, Bible studies, biology and physics, “Diacronia” covers a variety of topics related to different aspects of the social and cognitive development having an impact on linguistics or through which linguistics can contribute to elevate the wealth of knowledge in other fields. Consequently, the Journal publishes theoretical and applied works – approached from a diachronic perspective – from the fields of linguistics and philology and the neighbouring or connected domains.
