Această reţea de cooperare cuprinde, pe lângă Biblioteca centrală, circa 25 de biblioteci mai mici şi centre de documentare. |

The principal users of the Library and e-Resources are the staff working at the European Commission and other EU institutions. Other user groups include university students, researchers and librarians who manage interlibrary loans. Until 2014, the Library's name was the European Commission Central Library. |
